Retreat

We are open for registration. - Spots are filling up fast, secure your spot now. This weekend retreat is going to be the place to go, spend your time crafting and spending time with friends. This wonderful place is out of the way so you can get all those projects done.

Retreat price: Friday-Sunday $215.00 per person.

Lodging is included: Dorm-style rooms you will share with other attendees. There are plenty of bathrooms and showers for attendees to use. All bed linens and towels are included.

Meals: Friday, Lunch and Dinner. Saturday, Lunch and Dinner. Sunday, Brunch. Drinks 24 hours, Coffee, Tea, Water. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, and full kitchen that you are more than welcome to use.

There will be lots going on, with make-n-takes, demos, and a portable store with tapes, glues, and other products. So bring a friend and your projects and spend the weekend scraping, relaxing and having a grand time.

We anticipate this retreat will sell out quickly, so book your seat today.

Deposit: $50 is due to book your seat.

Payments: Balances are due 30 days prior to start of event. Unpaid invoices will be canceled, and seats will be forfeited the day following the due date. Invoices are emailed and are the responsibility of the person registering.

Cancellations:

Deposits are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds on retreat seats; we do however allow you to transfer your paid fee amount less non-refundable deposit to a future retreat/crop within one year of cancellation if cancelled 30 days prior to event.

Cancellations after 30 days or less will not qualify for a refund, transfer, or credit. You are encouraged to sell your seat to another scrapper, and we will assist you in selling your seat. In the case that Creek Water Memories handles the payment of selling the seat a processing fee of 5% of the total will be withheld from refund.

No other form of notification will be accepted.

Creek Water Memories reserves the right to cancel any event as deemed necessary due to weather, facility issues, etc. and will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by attendees such as airfare or other travel expenses. Should an event be cancelled by Creek Water Memories all registration fees paid will be transferred to a future event date.

Creek Water Memories is not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

No children under the age of 16 are allowed at events.

All attendees must have a paid reservation to attend the event.
